Summary of Donations to Children's Hospice South West
Charlton Farm enabled us to spend the last 8 days of Ben's life having quality time as a family making memories that will last a lifetime. Their invaluable support meant someone took care of Ben's medication, helped with his care needs, our time was spent together-not doing chores, we had emotional and practical support for the whole family and for the first time since Ben became ill, we felt safe. We were able to spend time with Ben following his death, fully supported by amazing staff (friends). We will raise money in Ben's name to ensure other people can access this support if they need it.
